More than a core body workout, we will learn to develop stability in posture and movement by leveraging simple 5 to 10 minute exercise routines that can be incorporated into daily life. Because body awareness is an always evolving practice best accomplished on your own time, in your own space, and only for yourself, we focus on developing the take home skills you need to make the most of your personal workout time.

Setup and Sign on

In your home workout space, you will need
a laptop computer propped up on
a small rolled towel placed on
a regular chair 6 – 9 feet from
your yoga mat.

Using Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft web browsers,
make sure to allow access to the laptop’s microphone and camera,
and follow the link provided in the confirmation email.
